Hdfc Ergo Health Insurance Reviews and Rating

HDFC GENERAL INSURANCE- HEALTH INSURANCE IS WORST . We are paying premium since last more than 20 years and last month my wife got admitted in a hospital. Filed a reimbursement, which they denied without specifying the reason. When I asked to customer care , they said hospital is not in list. Later I read all the reviews on Google and found that they do like this most of the times. THEY are fraud. Should I go to CONSUMER COURSE. Can somebody advise? Thanks
