Worst staff ever.Some person known to you registers you and leaves the company within some days ,leaving you at the mercy of some other person,who is not even aware that you have been transferred to them.No body is available for any query answer and no programs or benefits available are conveyed to you.The Nagpur staff is most unprofessional.They visit you a number of times when they want the policy and then ,they disappear.If this is the state,what will happen when you need the insurance amount?I have not renewed my policy this time and so is my advice to all.I am a doctor and I have such an experience,God save the non medicos. Do not go for this company at all.
