I want to give it 0 stars, but we cannot give it 1 star. which is more than what their support team is. I have been with the company for 3 consecutive years, but from next year on, I will be moving to another insurance company. They don& 039;t even solve your issue and directly mark the ticket as resolved without a customer reply. Customer service is the worst at this company. After buying a policy from them, we feel like we need them and they don& 039;t need us. Don& 039;t buy any policies from them if you want good support during your emergency.

Policy X sold a policy of Max Bupa General Insurance (now known as Niva Bupa) saying that all accidental cases are covered from day 1 but in my case my son got his ligament torn while playing and he underwent a surgery of the knee and Niva Bupa rejected the claim. Please be aware everyone, these are real rogues who cheat the customers by giving all fake promises until they sell the policy and later never bother about the customer. I have taken loan and paid for the surgery despite having paid for the policy. I request everyone to be aware of these cheaters
