I had a detailed discussion with the Royal Sundaram Health team. They made sure that all my queries are resolved. I personally thank them for the insurance I bought from them
I am from Hoshiarpur Punjab I suggest everyone that not to go with Royal Sundaram health insurance because i feel harrasment while treating my son. No cashless approval received from morning 10am to 7pm evening At the end Tpa Paramount says that it will be remburse not cashless. Hospital has cashless tie up with Royal Sundaram but there Tpa decided that they will not provided cashless of my claim. So everyone I suggest you that don& 039;t go with Royal Sundaram. My child stays 5 days in Hospital but there is no any support provided by Royal Sundaram and every time they raised query.
