This is also possible because the leading Insurance company uses all the latest technology like Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Geo-Analytics, Machine Learning (ML) and Blockchain to enhance user experience.
Iffco Tokio is ranked at third place among motor insurance segment. In spite of its ranking, they conducted the survey on customer satisfaction. Iffco Tokio found out 30% of their customers were not happy with the claim settlement process.
