I am having a insurance policy for my car with 50% NCB. Now I have applied for NCB certificate on 22/10/2018. when I will get the certificate.

Hi, it is really great that you have 50% as in most cases it is limited to 20 or 30% max. You may have received the NCB certificate at the time of renewing your existing car insurance policy. But as you said that you have applied for the same again then it might take 10 to 15 days or maximum 30 days. In case where you forgot your policy number and lost the policy documents, the insurance company will ask you to file a FIR and get a copy of Non–Congressional Report from the police station. You have to submit all such documents to the insurer. After a thorough verification, the insurance company will provide duplicate copy of your documents.

Hi Hira, first of all congratulations for maintaining NCB of 50%. Benefit of your no claim bonus(NCB) can be received at the time of your policy renewal. To get the certificate you can always get in touch with your Car insurance providers. They may need your policy number and check your claim history. If they find you as eligible to receive the NCB than they can issue the same as as soon as possible. Tenure of issuance may vary based on the insurance company. However, if you are already having a car with 50% NCB than you can also refer to the initial source from where you came to know about the same. For further query please write back, thanks.
