BengaluruAfter surgery it is quite a job to submit pre and post hospitalisation claims. If you go by the Insurance co procedures, you have to fill in number of details, although this info is already available with them. When that was the situation, not being able to connect, Policy.x team came handy. With toll free no, one of their executives, Hritika Gupta (ID: 14001) contacted me and collected all details from me over phone. I only sent her scanned copies of the bills and discharge summary. She meticulously linked everything and submitted it to the Ins.Co. With few days the Co. acknowledged and also remitted the amount. Only recently, they have realised the problems of customers and started responding quickly. The Policy.x team, earlier also done great help.
