Service is generally good but when it comes to reimbursements of non network hospitals it is terrible. Got only ~ 239,000 after 30% copayment for a total bill of ~550,000! Some staff insist on talking in Hindi which I am not able.

Good and prompt service from Ms. Hrithika Gupta employee code 14001. She was patient in addressing all my doubts and co-ordinated very well with Niva Bupa for all my concerns. Also, cashless claim settlement was fairly quick at the time of discharge. Overall, a good experience.
