Grievance Redressal: A Step-By-Step Guide

PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Limited resolves all grievances within 15 calendar days from the date of the complaint raised or grievance receipt.

Step 1: Write an email to claimshelpdesk@pnbmetlife.com or indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in 

Step 2: If not found help by mail, call 1800 425 6969 (from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am-07:00 pm)

Step 3: If the call was not helpful, reach out directly or electronically to the grievance redressal officer, Mr. Ajay Narang.
But even after raising a complaint, and following all the grievance redressal steps you are unable to get a solution from their team, reach out to the person mentioned below. Or reach out to their toll-free number 1800 425 6969 or 0802 650 2244.
