Star health special care offers a sum insured of INR 3 lakh and individuals can avail of it for a tenure of 1 year. Star health special care is an affordable plan for individuals aged between 3 to 25 years. Star health special care applies 48 months waiting periods before covering pre-existing diseases and 24-month waiting periods before covering specific diseases.
