Navi Health Insurance offers an easy and convenient claims settlement process. Policyholders can choose either cashless or reimbursement claims:
- Notify the company about your claim request by calling its toll-free number or sending an email.
- For planned hospitalization, notify the company at least 48 hours prior to admission.
- In case of emergency hospitalization, the claim notification should be sent to the company within 24 hours of admission or before discharge, whichever is earlier.
- Provide your health card along with photo identification proof to the hospital authorities.
- Duly fill out the cashless request form and submit it to the hospital.
- The pre-authorization request form will be sent by the hospital to the TPA's cashless department.
- At the time of discharge, the hospital will forward a final authorization request.
- Discharge will be processed upon receipt of the final authorization letter by the hospital.
- Once approved, the payment will be made directly to the network hospital.
If you are admitted to a non-network hospital, you must pay the hospital directly after the treatment is completed.
- Customers are required to settle all hospital bills.
- At the time of discharge, collect all important documents provided by the hospital, including the discharge summary and bills.
- Submit all these documents to the company or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) within 15 days from the date of discharge.
- The company will verify all documents. Upon approval, the claim amount will be released.
