1. Future Generali Mediclaim Insurance Plan

Future Generali Mediclaim Insurance is a comprehensive health insurance plan that comes out in three different variants called Vital, Superior and Premiere. All plans are available with individual and floater options along with lifelong renewal facilities. The only difference among three variants are the various sum insured options which allows the policyholder to invest in the same as per his/her budget.

  • Comprehensive Cover: To assist the insured with comprehensive benefits, the plan offers coverage against all hospitalization expenses associated with the treatment, pre-hospitalization medical expenses, daycare treatment expenses, post-hospitalization medical expenses, domiciliary hospitalization expenses and organ donor expenses among others.
  • Restored Sum Insured: If the sum insured along with the cumulative bonus (if any) is exhausted because of payable claims, restore sum insured (equal to 100% of the Sum Insured) facility will be automatically available to the policyholder for the chosen policy year.

2. Future Generali Personal Accident Plan

Future Generali Personal Accident Plan offers coverage to the policyholder against personal accident until the individual returns to his/her routine life. There are 3 classes of the plan which are mentioned below.

  • Class I: It covers accountants, lawyers, teachers, consulting engineers, architects, doctors, bankers, persons who are associated with administrative functions and persons who are associated with occupations of similar hazards.
  • Class II: Builders, sales executives, contractors, and engineers associated with superintending functions only, people who are associated with manual labor (except those falling under group iii) cash-carrying employees, veterinary doctors, garage and motor mechanics, machine operators, paid drivers of motor cars and light motor vehicles, drivers of trucks or lorries and other heavy vehicles and many more.

3. Future Generali Mosquito Insurance/ Future Vector Care Plan

Future Vector Care Health Insurance is an effective health insurance plan that provides a lump sum benefit in the case where the policyholder is diagnosed and hospitalized because of serious diseases which are caused by vectors like Malaria, Dengue, Lymphatic Filariasis, Kala-azar, Japanese Encephalitis, Chikungunya and Zika Virus.

4. Future Generali Hospital Cash Plan

Future Generali Hospital Cash Insurance Plan is a form of health insurance plan that provides a financial cover to deal with medical care bills during hospitalization.

There are four subcategories of the Future Generali Hospital Cash Insurance Plan as follows:

  1. Plan A and Plan B – There is no income criteria for the policy seeker.
  2. Plan C – Criteria of monthly income above Rs. 50,000 for the policy seeker.
  3. Plan D - Criteria of monthly income above Rs. 75,000 for the policy seeker.

Future Generali Critical Illness Insurance is a health protection plan against critical illnesses that are not easily curable and one suffering from these diseases has to deal with huge expenses to get adequate treatment.

How To Claim For Future Generali Health Insurance Policy?

Future Generali has an in-house claim settlement process team that processes the insurance claims within 30 working days from the time you submit all required documents.

There are 2 types of health insurance claims one can make with Future Generali Health Insurance:

Cashless Claim:

The policyholder can avail the cashless facility at any network hospital of the Future Generali Health Insurance.

  • To avail of the cashless facility, the policyholder has to submit the duly filled & signed pre-authorization request form. Policyholders have to show their Future Generali Health Card at the helpdesk of the hospital to the TPA.
  • The TPA will send the form to the insurance company. The team of the insurer will analyze the claim.
  • After approval, the company will directly settle all the bills at the hospital.
  • On rejection, one can pay all bills and later apply for reimbursement.

Reimbursement Claim:

You have to pay all the bills in the first place and within 15 to 30 days of discharge from the hospital, you have to submit all the required documents such as medical bills, prescriptions along with the claim form to the TPA/Company to file a claim under the reimbursement process. Claims will be approved if everything falls under the terms and conditions of the policy.
