Cashless Claim

The policyholder can avail of the cashless facility at any network hospital of the Future Generali Health Insurance.

  • Show your Future Generali Health Card at the helpdesk of the hospital to the TPA.
  • Submit the duly filled and signed pre-authorization request form.
  • The TPA will send the form to the insurance company. The insurer will analyze the claim request.

  • On rejection, one can pay all the bills and later apply for reimbursement.
