You can use health reward points while making the renewal premium payment online at the time of policy renewal.
You can download your e-health card by visiting the claims section on the official website of Manipal Cigna Health Insurance. Enter your policy number, name, and OTP that will be sent on your registered mobile and email. On verification of the OTP, you can view your E-card.
In such a case, you can resubmit your claim for evaluation within 15 days for reconsideration of the decision.
ManipalCigna health insurance offers two types of claim process:
There is no limit on the number of claims that can be made in a policy year.
You can receive treatment at a non-network hospital and file a reimbursement claim. In case of an emergency, you must intimate the manipalcigna healt insurance company within 48 hours of your admission. In the case of planned treatment, you must intimate the insurance company witin three days before the hospitalization.
You must answer "Yes" to the question "Would you like to subscribe to important alerts on WhatsApp?" on the application form when purchasing the policy from ManipalCigna Health Insurance.
If you do not pay the premium on time your health policy may lapse. In this case, ManipalCigna health insurance company offers a grace period of 15-30 days in which you can pay the premium amount to continue availing the benefits.
