STEP 1: It is time to escalate if you do not receive a response or are dissatisfied with the resolution. Send an email to headcustomercare@manipalcigna.com to reach the Head of Customer Care. Manipalcigna will analyse the query and provide a resolution for the same within 10 days.
STEP 2: If even after reaching out to Manipalcigna customer care number and email, you haven’t received any satisfactory response, then you may write to their AVP – Grievance Cell, Mrs Rakhee Desousa, at complaints@manipalcigna.com or call 022-61703603, Manipalcigna will examine the matter and respond with a solution.
STEP 3: If you are still waiting for a response or the solution provided does not meet your expectations, write an appeal addressed to the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer at compliance@manipalcigna.com or contact 022-61703724 detailing your complaint. After receiving your complaint, Manipalcigna will investigate the matter and provide you with a final response within 15 days of receiving your complaint.
STEP 4: Even if, after reaching out to all the authorities mentioned above, you still have not received a response or are not satisfied with the response, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for redressal. You can find your nearest Ombudsman centre at https://www.cioins.co.in/Ombudsman.
