STEP 2: Visit the official website of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance and head over to the Customer Support page. Once there, scroll down until you see the "Online Requests" section. You'll find a list of various service requests to choose from. Just click on the one that matches your needs, and it'll take you to another window where they'll ask for some basic details related to your policy and service request. Submit those details, and they'll make the necessary changes within a few days.
STEP 3: If the resolution you received still doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry. You can take it further by emailing Mr. Prateek D, Associate Vice President of Customer Support. STEP 4: Now, if you still need more than the resolution provided, you can go ahead and email Ms. Pooja R, Vice President of Customer Support and Grievance Redressal Officer. Just head back to Grievance Redressal Portal on the official website of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance, and you'll find the option to email her directly.
