ICICI Lombard is absolutely a fraud company, it only works to cheat customers by taking money from them. Its reimbursement is not accepted and treatment has to be done by paying money in their cash lash hospital too. This ICI Lombard always cheats in your bad times. If you have this mediclaim, do not renew it and if you have taken the plan now, then take a refund immediately because you can get into trouble by relying on it anytime.

I have family insurance plan and my mother and sister hospitalised for covid together. hospital gave me big amount. I used insurance plan to pay the bills.
