Kotak Health Insurance Reviews and Rating

I m not happy with the service of kotak health insurance. They don t pass genuine claim and put blame on fhpl that fhpl rejected and hospital mentioning cautious hospital though hospital in their panel only. There was no discrepancy in my documents but still it was created. I m chasing kotak for the same but no response. They only respond when the policy is due. This is my genuine opinion. They did not pass the genuine claim and how I begged money at the time of discharge that i know only I m not going to renew this policy. And my family also don t want to continue the kotak policy. Worst health insurance ever, my friend had met with an accident 4days ago, the insurance policy says its a cashless easy usage policy but when we have tried to claim since past 3days the Kotak people are saying that they didn’t get any approvals from the third party FHPL which is a health insurance company. We’re waiting for the approval since 3days and we need to get the surgery done immediately. My friend is in ICU. Never go for this Kotak health insurance this people suck money from us and doesn’t provide the insurance services that we need.
