I’m just 23 and on the suggestion of PolicyX experts I bought a newly launched NivaBupa Young Aspire plan which I think is a good purchase for youngsters like me.

The suggestion of buying the NivaBupa ReAssure plan for my family was the best decision. All thanks to PolicyX.com and their good customer support.

The worst ever health insurance company....will never recommend to anyone....no proper coordination.....

This is such a unprofessional company with zero network of hospital and health care centre and no response to customer on time.. At the time of selling insurance policy they over commit and at the time of genuine claim or free health check up they are playing with customer and even customer service too not responding on time ...I took 3 year policy and paid once not a single time my free check up done when I booked it the confirmation came but no one came to collect sample.. Representative number is unreasonable and customer care unable to track the same and neither reschedule it. I will take this complaint to higher authorities with proof and filing a case against the same in consumer court . Sales person is also not genuinely responsible that make me more annoyed and his name also to be included in my complaint..

I ve been a Niva Bupa customer through Policyx.com for years. Their plans have been a lifesaver for me and my family.
