I have a very bad experience with this company. I took the health policy of this company once in two years for claim approval. After the verification, they gave me money for a long time. In that too, 40% of the amount was deducted, and then no perfect account of the money was given. The response of health team, customer service team and doctor team is very bad.

Pathetic services, I bought the plan 3 years ago, not use single time, suddenly they increased my premium 15k, only making fool people, staff is unprofessional, they don t hv sense that how to talk to customers. Nobody is calling for solution. Don t buy worst policy.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR HEALTH INS. DUE TO SOME HEALTH ISSUE POLICY WAS NOT ABLE COMPLETED SINCE 2021 JUNE, COMPANY IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT NOTRELIABLE COMPANY , STILL DOING THE FOLLOW UP WITH MY AGENT HE IS ALSO FEEDUP WITH THE SERVICE
Universal Shompo is the best company, according to me, they are very fast responding. They are very friendly to their customer.
