Thanks to Policyx.com, I discovered HDFC Ergo Health Insurance, which has been a lifesaver for my family.

Please never go for HDFC ERGO they are the most unprofessional company I took my policy in March 2019 and continued with them for all these years paying Primum and in Aug 2023 my son was admitted in emergency when the hospital insurance desk send the claim to them they said the policy was cancelled which thety never bothered to inform ,saying as one of the policy holders has BP which was not told to them , but the BP was only diagnosed on Dec 2022. Guys they like to give you surprises when you and your family are in distress . When contacted and questioned why was I not contacted and informed about the cancellation of the policy. They refuse to answer they work like scammers. Be careful if you don t put any claim and pay primum its ok, but if claim is put don t be surprise your policy is cancelled.

Don t buy any policy from HDFC Ergo - at the time if buying policy they will tell lots of benefits... Once you will buy and after few years you will gets high premium letter... Because they know you can t leave them saying the benefit of continuity.. Pls don t be their victim

This company does not sanction claim of health checkup upto Rs 25000.while I am holder of optima restore family floater policy.company denied sanction in the name of my wife after several correspondence.Its service is disgraceful.Company increase premium abruptly every year.Ido not recommend any one to take policy.
