Hdfc Ergo Health Insurance Reviews and Rating

I am pretty dissatisfied with the type of service hdfc ergo health insurance provides. We enrolled for the health insurance and have deposited each monthly instalments on time. For some reason we were unable to admit in network hospital. And from march 2023 after providing them each and every document asked by the team, they are unable to provide us any information about our claim under process. Each time you call them to ask about your claim they answer you that your claim is under review. And they will hang you in middle with no proper service. I am still waiting for my claim to process when so much time has passed now.

Worst one I paid since many years .We admitted near by hospital to avoid distance.we claimed for 15000 rs as per bill.They harass us like anything 5- times again asking some documents ,then we leave like that and went to other insurance .we know early .....actually we both are doctors what about common people. never go what ever the reviews.they did not allow to review in their website.Please save ur money.i really felt like family as I thought it will help in hard times

The worst health insurance company ever my mami got discharged this Saturday Evening but the company is doing time pass from Saturday and till now we are waiting in the hospital hospital is now not providing any service company is playing games with us it s very wrong this is fake company I have all the mail s ss and call recording so now I ll wait for some more time then I ll take stict action against this HDFC ergo fake company
