This is a Fraud Company of Cheaters, Deceitful employees, This Company tries to take as much money from you by promising moon on earth as long as you are healthy. Once you get Hospitalized, these people will become your death inviters by putting hurdles on each steps, It doesn’t matter to them if you lose your life in tension of paying hefty hospital bills for which you have been paying them handsome premium. And they become GOD as you can’t challenge. They will delay by asking multiple questions one at a time (Rather asking together) and for each questions (once answered) minimum 2-hrs SLAs for TAT.
