Very bad experience. My claim is rejected without any valid reason. Very unprofessional behavior. No use of policy in need. Disappointed by purchasing the manipalcigna policy.

This is the worst health insurance policy I’ve ever had……. The insurance agents behaviour towards me was unacceptable and Even am in my recovery after a surgery, I’ve managed to arrange all the paperwork for my reimbursement and submitted it where they asked me to submit. still I haven’t received an answer to it and its been over 6 months…. these idiots only give’s attention to us when it’s time for the annual payment time..
