Purchased a health insurance plan for myself and family from Max Bupa and have been impressed by their wellness program

Policyx is highly unprofessional company, they will chase you till point of sale and will not be approachable after that. Customer concern is missing and contact them is next to impossible. I will strongly recommend not to avail any services from them even at lower cost. Non of their toll free number and contact number works.

Please don t buy any policy of NIVA BUPA It s completely fraud company, this company not cover accident claim after 4 months, he rejected claim only 2 minutes, Customer support network is worst, i advise to everyone , don t buy NIVA BUPA PLAN , I gave 0 RATING TO NIVA BUPA

I purchase REASSURE PLAN, ON TIME OF APPROVAL HE REJECTED MY ACCIDENT CLAIM, SO MY SUGGESTION TO ALL , PLEASE DONT BUY THIS COMPANY POLICY . IF POSSIBLE I GAVE MINUS RATING
