I was involved in a small accident and needed to be hospitalized for a few days, thankfully my insurance plan came to the rescue and I experienced a smooth recovery process.

very poor service inspite of payment being done 5 days now policy not issued all sorrs if irrelevant excuses

Hello, This is Sri Charan from Hyderabad. I was in communication with Mr. Ankit (77540 58955) from PolicyX to purchase a health policy for my Monther-in-law. The premium was 23417 and I was informed by Ankit that I will get Rupees 2000 cashback once the policy is approved. I went ahead and paid the amount. After telemedical, I received a message to pay another 2342 for pre-existing disease. I paid this as well. The policy was later issued. Policy Proposer was Goruganthula Lakshmi Madhuri, my wife. When I spoke to Mr. Ankit next week informing that I have not received the 2000 cashback and should I write an email to Policy X customer care? I was then informed that it is not PolicyX which is providing cashback but Ankit will pay me through Phonepe/Google Pay. Next day he gave an excuse that he had a medical emergency at home and will make the transfer in the coming week. But that never happened even after 3 weeks. I assume I have been cheated by Mr. Ankit with false commitment and

These guys promise lot of things post insurance and never fulfill their promise. As a typical delhi company, once insurance is done, do not expect any support, phones will not be answers.

Saved a lot of trouble when I was recently hospitalised. My plan from Max Bupa that I bought with the help of PolicyX was a great decision.
