Reliance Health Super Top-up Insurance acts as an essential addition to your basic health insurance. If you feel your existing health insurance policy isn't sufficient to cover your healthcare expenses, this super top-up policy can provide enhanced financial security. Reliance Health's Super Top-up Insurance includes multiple coverage options such as inpatient care (including ICU charges), diagnostic tests, pre and post-hospitalisation expenses, modern treatments like robotic surgeries and stem cell therapy, and road ambulance services.
This policy comes with two plan options—Plan A and Plan B—each offering several features to cater to your healthcare needs:

Inclusions
Discounts
- Online discount: 5%
- Long-term discount: 6% for 2 years & 11% for 3 years policy
- Health discount: 5%
- Non-health discount: 5%
- Girl child discount: 5% for covering 2 or more girls
Waiver of Premium
In case of diagnosis with any of the listed critical illnesses under this policy, the one-year premiums on renewal will be waived.
Waiver of Deductible
In case of an accidental claim, the deductible limit will be waived under this benefit.
Worldwide Emergency Cover
Available within the Sum Insured, subject to a deduction of US $100 on every claim for up to 45 days of international travel on a cumulative basis.
Tax Benefits
Avail of the tax benefit under Section 80D of the Income Tax Act of India.
Exclusions
Permanent diseases or health conditions that are not included under Reliance Super Top-up Insurance Plan are:
- Investigation & Evaluation
- Rest cure, rehabilitation, and respite care
- Obesity/weight control unless life-threatening
- Change-of-gender treatments
- Cosmetic or plastic surgery unless for accident, cancer, or burns
- Hazardous or adventure sports
- Breach of law
- Excluded providers
- Treatment/consequences due to alcoholism/drug abuse
- Dietary supplements
- Refractive error
- Birth control, sterility, and infertility
- Outpatient treatment
