Religare Health Insurance Reviews and Rating

I purchase the policy last year but my claim rejected 2 month ago so please don t purchase the policy

I am in love with the facilities Religare Health Insurance offers. It is one of the best health insurance companies available in the market at the moment. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

As I was not satisfied the Policy issued , I have requested for cancellation and received reply that the premium paid by me will be retuned with in 14 days as per the rules. But after that the insurance company kept mum and not answered any mails. Since the company was not interested in cancelling the policy , after 3 months of cancellation request, I have submitted medical claim but the same has also been rejected last month. I have approached Insurance company and Policy x , with all the correspondences Insurance company is not at all communicating on Policy cancellation. Policy x is doing nothing and supporting only insurance company without going through the Facts. I don t trust Policy x as well as the insurance companies as Policy x is interesting in taking commission and insurance companies are interested in taking premium. Shame to connect with these companies

I am using their health insurance and used it for COVID19 treatment. I am so happy that covid treatment was handled by them. due to lockdown, i was facing money-related problems but their cashless claim helped me a lot.

Hello All,    I have gone through past 2140 reviews of Policy-X in Google and found that around 23 customers (as on 14-Jan-2022) reported the situation where- "Policy-X Sales Team committed Cashback, and Policy-X has defaulted on commitment."    I am sailing through the same situation (where Policy-X committed 18K cashback for a Policy Premium worth 1.43 Lakhs), and now I am battling since past 2 months for my cashback.    In my view- Sales Executives gets beatings, but actual problem lies at Management level:-    (a) When you talk to Policy-X Helpdesk
