Religare Health Insurance Reviews and Rating

I bought a health insurance policy for Rs.24k annual premium for my mother. This is my story. Before taking the policy, I had told them all the pre-existing diseases of my mother to the doctor and their relationship managers. But when I got the policy certificate, they did not mention all of the diseases in the certificate. I thought something was fishy. So, I mailed them to correct the certificate. Then after 7 days, they mailed me that your policy has become null and void due to non-disclosure of some pre-existing diseases. Then I mailed them and said that I had mentioned all the information to them and I also have call recordings of that, but they did not reply to the mail. Even worse thing is that I have not any refund for that till now.
