My parents were getting old, so I thought to gift them a health insurance policy this year. PolicyX suggested Red Carpet Health Insurance Policy, and this is the best choice for my parents.

I had to add my new born baby name in the policy but it took more than 45 days to get the birth certificate and related documents so addition of the baby name was denied by the starhealth company and was informed to add the name a month before the expire of the policy . I had taken a single installment policy of 3 year and wanted to add the baby name before end of one year of policy period . But due to their policy my new born will have to wait for more than two year for beening insuranced hence think of canceling the policy and switch to a better solution/company

STAR HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH THE EXPECTATION OF GETTING A CLAIM IN CASE OF ANY ILLNESS, THEIR MAIN RESEARCH IS HOW HOSPITAL SETTELMENTS WOULD BE REJECTED

i am in receipt of this letter. It looks star health is professionally sick company in itself. when you admit a patient in emergency then based on registration , nurse herself picks the medicine form store and later issues bill and the same has been done with me also. How can insurance company reject the claim. either they sud go and varify the same with the hospital or else prove this is fake bill. i had not been admitted in emergency for seeing movie......so without any medicine or treatment hospital was detaining me. This is the reason i said its sick company to cheat customer. no issue they have decided to loose us . my all policy become last year with it. it is better to stay away with such frauds
