Worst Experience ever, My brother in law admitted to hospital due to breathlessness and later diagnosed RHD/PULMONARY EDEMA, cash less has been rejected citing reasons that pre consultation papers of Hypertension not submitted which is not available. almost spoke 20-30 times, really fed speaking with customer care, no escalation mechanism, now we are struggling to get back original documents to get part claim under government covered insurance claim as he is a teacher.
