Very bad experience helath Insurance Company, I am 4 year s policyholder of Aditya Birla Health insurance And this is my first My first reimbursement claim Rejected for nonsensical reason.

Worse insurance company when it comes to process claim. I am struggling with them from last 6 months. I had health insurance from last 14 years and they are worse. Please do not take health insurance from them

I have taken diamond plan of Aditya Birla health insurance. I sent a small claim with complete documents. For some days it appeared on the app called Active health, then after four to five days it disappeared like a horn from a donkey s head. Neither any phone nor any email nor any SMS of claim reject. I would like to suggest everyone that while taking health policy, do not go on tempting promises and use your mind. Do not choose aditya birla capital health insurance at all.
