Worst policy Aditya Birla , mera experience bahut kharab Raha hai ye group itna gatiya hai, ke pucho mat inho ne mere accident case ko jisme muje slip disk L4, L5 , L5 S1 me problem ho gai aur muje itna pain ho gya ke mai bed se uth tak nhi pa Raha tha tab muje hospital me le gai tab card lagaya to to inhone cash less mai aprrove nahi kiya , jab ke accident case me turant claim ho jata he ye log jhute hai policy dete waqt bade 2 bate bhad mai apko aise treat karte hai jaise AP chor ho itna Ganda hisab hai inka fer agent ne kha ap revesment ke paper submit karva do , fer revesment mai bhi cancel kar diya maine sare document submit karva diye doctor ke report , MRI report sab submit hai fer bhi inko mera claim nhi kiya mai mail karta raha par koi reply nhi mail ka bus inke yha se call aata hai policy renew karva Lo blood test karvai uske mere ya mere wife ke report nahi aai aaj tak aisa ek baar nahi 2 time hua , jo mere inquiry karne aai case ke vo mere se resvat yani ke demand karte

इसने मुझे धोका दिया. पहले बडी बडी बाते की मैने जैसेही पैसे दिए उन्होने कुछ अलग अलग क्वेरी निकाली और पैसे देने के लिए १० दिन का अवधी लिया अभितक उसका कोई रिप्लाय नही न कोई फोन उठा रहा है....
Worst experience with Adithya Birla insurance, made a life s biggest mistake by porting my hdfc ergo policy here.even after getting treated in their network hospital and doctors justification for hospitalization they denied my dengue treatment...very very very worst customer support people don t ever think about Adithya Birla insurance....
