They are fooling us selling the insurance. They will show their real face when you go for the claim even if it is cash less they will taking it easy and take there own time for the settlement after discharge we have to wait 3 days at hospital for the claim disgusting. Then also they are not bather. U could only connect to customer care executive who is good for nothing they only knows one word sorry for the inconvenience.we cont check from our end and we don t have authorised to connect to the senior person or conserned team results keeps on calling to the customer care and end result you need to pay by yourself Full money and leave from hospital. And that is there intention to. Please think twice

3 yers complated for this policy n last year (2nd year) and nw on 3rd year (this year) litrally my premium is increasing year by year what kind of policy i took m thinking nw, i did january 2022 blood test mymother n mine from aditya birla still not received our blood test reports. Then y doing al this drama. I heard very nice n as a brand adity birla but now m facing like this problem .. please think about it befor teking this policy

I got my health insurance plan from them 5 years back and the entire process of buying and understanding the plans was made easy by their agents.
This policy is not very good as their agent and employees are presenting before customer. There are many hidden things which they do not make you know. After issue of the policy one will come to know about it. There are many difficulties for health assessment, to activate health bonus. They compell you to arrive their diagnosis centre. There is no any facilities for a senior citizen to assess health at their own home. Though I have purchased a policy , now I will cancel it.
