Aditya birla insurance is a fake because I m a existing customer but birla company not supporting health policy and policy in not cover any operation so plz not give the aditya birla policy

Very bad experience. My policy is 4 years old one of my claims was approved in April, at that time in the same documents; the hospital was approved for cashless amount. But after 4 months, the claim was denied by giving the reason that the hospital did not give the documents enough. After that called customer care again and again but got no response Every time they say the same thing that we understand your problem, but these people just make them crazy and say that the system is not working, the system is being upgraded. They harass a lot, they request at the time of taking money, after that I make the customer crazy and request them. And when you tell me the mistake in the written documents, then you disconnects the phone and blocks the mails.
