Reliance General Group Mediclaim Insurance Plan Eligibility Criteria

The policy can be issued to:

  • Corporate/ Small and Medium Enterprises – for employees and their families
  • Clubs/Societies/Other specific groups – for their members
  • The maximum age to enter the Plan is 65, 60 and 55 years for Standard, Silver and Gold Plans, respectively
  • Between the ages of 5 and 80 years
  • The policy also provides health insurance for children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years, if one of the parents is covered concurrently.
