Step 3 Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number or email ID and then your date of birth.

Step 4 Enter the captcha and click on submit.

Step 5 After verifying all your details, you will be redirected to create your password.

Step 6 After creating your password, you will be registered. Now follow the steps given for existing customers to continue.

For existing users:

For customers who are already registered with the Aviva Life Insurance company, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1 Go to the official website of Aviva Life Insurance Company and select the option 'Existing Customer' on the main page as shown below.

Step 2 From the given options, click on 'Manage my profile/policy'. Enter your registered mobile number to continue and click on the generate OTP button.

Step 3 Enter the OTP you receive on registered mobile no. and click on the submit button.

Step 4 Once the OTP is verified, you will land on the policy status page of Aviva Life Insurance.
