How To Get Yourself Registered?

  • Log in after creating an account at goaonline.gov.in
  • Provide information about the qualified person or family head.
  • Include the family member's information.
  • The document that would be required are listed below. All of the documents that are attached should be self-attested:
    1. Include details for residence proof. Please take note that your application will not be evaluated unless you include proof of residency dating back at least five years.
    2. An Aadhaar card must be attached for each member. If an Aadhaar card is not readily available please attach a birth certificate in the case of a minor.
    3. Submit caste and income information if you need to receive a registration fee discount.
  • Registration Costs:
    1. For families with three or fewer members, Rs. 200.
    2. For families with four or more members, Rs. 300 and,
    3. A 50% concession will be considered for OBCs of non-creamy layer, SC/STs, and eligible people with disabilities, subject to the provision of the necessary documentation.
  • Pay applicable Fees by selecting ‘Continue to Pay’.
  • For tracking purposes, write down the Acknowledgement number after making a payment.
  • The DDSSY e-card will only be made available for download after the relevant office has verified and approved your application.
  • Please remember to pick up your DDSSY card from the office you picked during application input within 30 days of receiving approval.
  • The registered Mobile Number will get communications.
