You must provide a set of documentation to the Insurance Company whenever you buy Insurance, whether online or through an agent. An Insurance policy is a legal contract, therefore, Insurance Documents are required to prove the legitimacy of the deal.

An Insurance Company analyses the documents & only upon verification, processes the claim settlement procedure. Hence, it is very important to maintain original documents & ensure that they are filled and duly signed.
