Step 1: The policyholder must find a hospital in the city where they can avail of the cashless treatment process.
Step 2: In case of emergency hospitalization, inform the insurance company within 24 hours. And 48 hours prior in case of planned hospitalization.The policyholder must carry their Niva Bupa health card or policy number and photo ID proof at the hospital.
Step 3: The insurer has to fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and submit it to the hospital authority.
