IFFCO TOKIO Mos Bite Protector Policy provides a lump sum amount on the diagnosis of the vector-borne diseases covered by the policy. Mos bite protector policy safeguards you from Vector-borne diseases such as Malaria, Dengue, Chikungunya, and Zika virus which has affected a large number of people in India.

IFFCO TOKIO Mos bite protector policy assures you of availing quality treatment as medical costs are consistently rising for treatment of such diseases, the need for a specific insurance plan that caters to such ailments is important.

This is where IFFCO Tokio’s MOS-BITE Protector Policy comes into view. Iffco Tokio's mos-bite protector policy covers seven commonly occurring vector-borne diseases. The policyholder receives the lump sum payment once they have been hospitalized for mosquito-borne diseases and other ailments for 48 hours or more.

The MOS-BITE Protector Policy can be purchased as a family plan as well. Spouses, children, brothers, sisters, parents, and parents-in-law can be included in the plan.

The room rent limit is the maximum bed charge you can claim if you are hospitalised. Common Room categories covered under room rent are all kinds of rooms including single, private and AC rooms (except suite).

Medical expenses incurred before hospitalisation of the policyholder.

What is Domiciliary Hospitalization?

What is the Sub limit?

Sub limit is a condition in which the insurer will have to pay the medical expense up to a certain percentage and the remaining amount will have to be paid by the policyholder. For instance, if your policy covers room rent for upto 20% of the sum insured, but the expense of the same is more than 25%, you will have to pay the rest amount, i.e. 5%, for your room rent.
