Claim status is referred to the current state of a health insurance claim that has been submitted by the policyholder to the insurance company. Step 3: Clicking the option, a new page will open from the right side of the page. Select ’Click Here To Track Your Claim Status’.
Step 4: A new page will open, there, fill in the information such as ’Customer ID, Date Of Loss, Policy Number, Claim Number, ’. Then click on ’SEARCH’.
Step 5: This action will display the current status of the claim in a few seconds.

If the policyholder prefers more personal touch and wants to check the status of their claim in person, they can visit the nearest branch of the company. They can find the branch address on the official website of the company. Here is the way to locate the branch address :
Step 1: Visit the official website of the company.
Step 2: On the right side of the page, locate the ’Office Location’ option on the side menu.
Step 3: On the next page, select the ’State Name’ and ’City Name’ and this action will display the address of the branch.
