National Health Insurance Grievance Redressal

National Health Insurance has a dedicated redressal system named ’Customer Grievances Redressal System-2020 (CGRS)’. It is a process adopted by the board of the company and gets amended from time to time. The company has a subdivision in ’CGRS’:

  • CCRC-’ Corporate Customer Redressal System’ constituted at Head Office(HO).
  • RCRC-’ Regional Customer Redressal System’ constituted at Regional Office(RO).
  • DCRC- ’Divisional Customer Redressal System’ constituted at Divisional Office (DO).

The customer can raise his/her complaint at the Regional Office (RO) and Head offices(HO) subdivision of the ’CRMD- Customer Relationship Management Department’. Complaints received will be transferred to their respective operating offices of RO/HO. After resolving the issue, the company will inform the customer via email or call. Hence the process of grievance formed by the company is transparent and offers fair treatment to the customers.
