Accidental death
If a direct accident or an accidental injury stands as the sole cause of death to the insured, this policy covers such condition and offers a payout to the nominee
Injury
Accidental injuries whether it's severe or mild, like loss of the sight of eye/s, limbs, fractures, etc are covered
Permanent total disability
In such conditions of total permanent disablement, the insurer will payout approximately 100% of the sum insured to manage the financial or income loss
Permanent partial disability
If there's a condition when the policyholder has lost any of the mentioned organs that may not be recovered by any means will be compensated as per the specified percentage
Temporary total disability
The policy will cover the recovery cost and the financial needs of the insured's family up to a specified limit of the SI or 1% per week up to a maximum of INR 20,000
Temporary partial disability
If the policyholder loses his/her sight, secondary organs, etc to an accident for a specified period, the expenses for treatment will be covered as per coverage in the policy documents
Mortal remains mobility
If the demise of the insured is caused outside their residential region, the funeral costs and their body's transportation costs will be reimbursed up to 2% of the base SI or up to INR 2,500

Any pre-existing conditions

An attempt to suicide/committed suicide, or an act of harming oneself intentionally
Abusing intoxicants or hallucinogens; drugs and alcohol

Treatment of obesity/weight control treatment and cosmetic/plastic surgery
Breach of law/unlawful activities that involve criminal intent
Insured who is serving in the military, navy, air force, paramilitary forces and so on
War, public defence, chemical, radioactive or nuclear contamination
