• Visit the LIC official website.
• Click on 'Merchant Portal' mentioned in the 'Online Services' tab.
• Click on 'Login'.
• Go to 'Forgot Password' and click.
• Enter the 'User ID' and 'Email ID' and click on the 'Mail New Password' option.
• A mail will be sent to the email ID mentioning a new password.
• Proceed by entering the password.

After getting an email containing the new password all one can do is set a new password as per his/her convenience. To do the same one can follow further instructions.

How To Change LIC Merchant Account Password?

For changing the password here are a few simple steps:

• Visit the official site of LIC of India.
• Click on 'Merchant Portal' mentioned in the 'Online Services' tab.
• Click on 'Login'.
• Click on 'Change Password'.
• Enter 'User ID' and the current password.
• Enter 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password'.
• Thereafter click on the 'Reset' option.

If one remembers the account ID and Password very well then s/he is free to login following the below-mentioned steps.

• On the left-hand, one can find 'Online Services', under that go to 'Merchant Portal' and click on 'Merchant Portal'.

• Click on the 'Submit' option after filling the details

How To Update Email ID?

OTP is an important detail while one is handling an account and if one has not updated the 'Email ID' to get OTP then do not delay and follow these steps.

• Click on 'Merchant Portal' mentioned in the 'Online Services' tab.
• Click on 'Login'.
• Click on 'Update Email ID To Get OTP'.
• Enter the details like 'User ID', 'Password', 'Email ID'.
• Click on 'Update'.
