SBI Health Insurance truly cares about your satisfaction. But in case you are not satisfied with the solutions provided or if you haven’t received any response from the customer care team, you can follow the below-given grievance redressal procedure:

STEP 1: If, even after reaching out to the SBI health insurance customer care number and email, you haven't received any satisfactory response, you may write to their Head - Customer Care at head.customercare@sbigeneral.in. SBI will examine the matter and respond with a solution within 14 days of receiving the mail.

STEP 2: If you are still waiting for a response or the solution provided does not meet your expectations, an appeal is addressed to the Grievance Redressal Officer at gro@sbigeneral.in or contact 022-45138021 detailing your complaint. After receiving your complaint, SBI will investigate the matter and provide you with a final response. STEP 3: If you don't receive any response from the above authorities or are still unsatisfied with the solution provided, then register your complaint with IRDAI by visiting this link: https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in/Home/Home.
