SBI Health Insurance values your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the solutions provided or have not received a response from the customer care team, you can follow the grievance redressal procedure below:
STEP 1: If you have not received a satisfactory response after contacting SBI Health Insurance customer care via phone and email, you may write to their Head - Customer Care at head.customercare@sbigeneral.in. SBI will examine the matter and respond with a solution within 14 days of receiving the email.
STEP 2: If you are still awaiting a response or the solution provided does not meet your expectations, you can appeal to the Grievance Redressal Officer at gro@sbigeneral.in or contact 022-45138021, detailing your complaint. After receiving your complaint, SBI will investigate and provide a final response. A list of Grievance Redressal Officers can be found on the official website of SBI Health Insurance.
STEP 3: If you do not receive a response from the above authorities or remain unsatisfied with the solution, register your complaint with IRDAI by visiting the official IRDAI website.
STEP 4: If your issue remains unresolved after following Steps 1, 2, and 3, you can approach the Insurance Ombudsman, an independent authority, for further assistance. Details of the Insurance Ombudsman can be found on their official website.
