Benefits of Aditya Birla Activ Care Classic Plan

This plan offers numerous coverage benefits for senior citizens aged 55 to 80 years. The major benefits of this plan are:

• Cashless Home Treatment

  Senior citizens unable to visit a hospital can receive cashless medical treatment at home for conditions like chemotherapy, dengue, gastroenteritis, and hepatitis.

• Health Returns Benefit

  Policyholders can earn 'Health Returns' of up to 21% of the sum insured by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These returns can be used for premium renewal, medicines, or diagnostic tests.

• Personal Health Coach

  The plan offers policyholders access to a personal health coach for medicinal knowledge, nutritional tracking, health and wellness counselling, and life management sessions, promoting a healthier lifestyle in old age.

• Daycare Procedures

  Daycare procedures requiring less than 24 hours of hospitalisation are covered. The plan specifically covers 586 types of essential daycare procedures.

• Home Lifestyle Support

  Optional home lifestyle support includes portable medical equipment such as ICU facilities, beds, walkers, and wheelchairs, ensuring optimal medical care at home.

• Home Nursing Facilities

  Optional home nursing facilities provide a qualified nurse or expert for post-hospitalisation or post-discharge care. A home nursing allowance of up to INR 1500 for 15 days per policy is provided.

• Breach of law, alcoholism, drug, or substance abuse.
• Unproven treatments, rest care, or rehabilitation.
• Sterility and infertility, birth control, or gender change treatments.
• Maternity expenses, including childbirth (complicated deliveries and caesarean sections, except ectopic pregnancy), miscarriage (except due to an accident), and lawful medical termination of pregnancy during the policy period.
• Treatment taken outside India.
• Bariatric surgeries.
